new design, crap ill balanced logo, less information than on previous site. But i think they believe putting a shiny new façade on a business that has not updated in 6 years, and has zero support (tickets go days unanswered) will make it all better. I used to like and rave about these guys with good uptime and decent facilities. Update has slowly gone down hill, and there has not been one service upgrade or update. personally think people should steer clear, my accounts are being moved away as we speak.
