Hi Kelley I just read your article in the Leader about Unconditional Love and really enjoyed it...Im retired and have a 26 yold with Schizophrenia. This young man lives at home and is quite independent but needs my guidance. He is on meds. What helped me a lot was just what you said: bottom line. exactly. Also what helped was a woman named Byron Katie..The Work..check her out on the internet..she has written books and is an inspirational speaker, a mother herself.
